Where do you ship to?

Currently AmovaLuxury.com is only shipping to USA and Canada. For all other countries please contact us prior to ordering.

What are the shipping rates?

All orders will be shipped via UPS for $50USD to one address. Shipping charge includes mandatory shipping insurance for all orders. All items will be shipped from our location in Paris, France.

Can I combine shipping for multiple items?

Combine shipping is available for all orders to the same address. Orders with multiple Items may not always ship together. Orders requiring more than one shipment will only be charged one shipping fee. Customers will receive the shipping tracking number for every shipment once the order has been shipped.

How long will my order take?

All AmovaLuxury.com items are custom made on order. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks to receive your order.

Are there any other fees I have to pay to receive my order?

All countries have different import policies. Customers are responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes from the country receiving the order. Charges vary from country to country. Please contact the local customs office to confirm if any charges may apply prior to ordering.

Do you bespoke jewelry?

Will orders being delivered require a signed signature?

UPS will require all orders on delivery to be signed by someone in the household. If no one is at home to sign for the delivery, the UPS agent will leave a shipping form and you may be required to pick up at the local UPS depot with ID. Your package will not be left outside your door.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

All USA orders are not subject to any sales tax on orders from AmovaLuxury.com. Canadian orders outside of British Columbia will be subject to 5% GST only. All orders from British Columbia will be subject to 5% GST and 7% PST.

How are my items packaged and shipped?

All items come in a Amova gift box and packaged in a plain cardboard box for shipping.

What is AmovaLuxury.com’s Return Policy?

All items sold by AmovaLuxury.com are custom made on order. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Any items received in damaged condition must contact AmovaLuxury.com within 7 days of receipt of item. AmovaLuxury.com will require a description and picture of the damaged item. Once approved, AmovaLuxury.com will supply a return shipping label for the item and a replacement will be sent once original item has been received.

Do prices on AmovaLuxury.com change?

AmovaLuxury.com prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices listed for merchandise on AmovaLuxury.com on the day of purchase will be the amount charged at the time of your order.

What is Patina?

Patina refers to a style that reflects a more “aged” look. Certain AmovaLuxury.com collections are produced in patina to give it a more rustic aged style.

What is Gilding?

Gilding refers to the gold plating on a particular piece of jewelry. Many AmovaLuxury.com items are made with silver and gold plated.
